Westgate Punt

The Westgate Punt service across the Yarra River operates its commuter service 7 days a week.

Pedestrians and cyclists can take the Westgate Punt from the Westgate Park bicycle track (near Westgate Bridge overpass) to Scienceworks Jetty in Spotswood (Melways ref: 55 C1).

The service operates at these times:

The Westgate Punt may not operate in bad weather or high winds, and a fee is charged for adults (children under 10 travel free).

A fee of $2.00 per crossing will apply.

Westgate punt [pic] links the Bay Trail West bike trail to the Bay Trail.


Happens: Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday


Time: Monday to Friday From 6.30am to 9.30am and from 4.00pm to 7.00pm | Weekends 9.00am to 5.00pm
