St Martins Youth Arts Centre

St Martins is a not-for-profit organisation. An integral part of the Melbourne theatre community, St Martins has spent nearly 30 years providing and resourcing hands-on performing arts experiences to Victorians aged between 5-25 years.

St Martins offers a variety of affordable spaces for hire. Conveniently located close to the city and public transport, St Martins is the ideal place to rehearse and perform. We cater to both small and large productions.

All our staff are experienced working with young people.

The Randall Theatre

One of Melbourne’s most individual mid sized performance spaces with excellent acoustics and atmosphere. Accommodating a wide range of theatrical performances including drama, music theatre, opera and dance as well as being ideal for corporate events, the Randall is this city’s best kept secret.

The Irene Mitchell Studio

The Irene Mitchell Studio is a birth place for cutting edge work by new and emerging artists. It is a dynamic and flexible black-box space ideal for new work.

The Rehearsal Room

The Rehearsal room is an affordable option for holding rehearsals, auditions, workshops and classes. The rehearsal room is located in the administration centre at 28 St Martins Lane.

The Church Hall

The Church Hall is located at 120 Millswyn Street, South Yarra, just around the corner from the St Martins Theatre complex. Separate from the activity of the rest of the complex, this private location allows for excellent focus. It is an excellent facility for rehearsals and workshops and ideal for dance.
