Bao Now is a Melbourne restaurant offering world flavours in the traditional Chinese BBQ pork bun; the bao.

Bao Now blurs the lines of traditional and modern food featuring a surprising assortment of flavours such as Moroccan vegetable, Thai Chicken and even chocolate mousse enclosed in the familiar Chinese bun; the bao.


Prices for baos are $3 savoury and $2.80 for sweet baos, lettuce cups are $3.50 and rice bowls are $9. Supreme boxes are also available for between $10-$12. Open hours are 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday and 11am-3pm on Saturday.
