You would be better off staying at home watching Star Trek re-runs rather than wait in line with your already pre-purchased tickets, only to leave 15 minutes later due to over crowding. I didn't get my money back from last year. They are silly trying to get big name's when they haven't even got the room for them. You have lost quite a few hundred fans hub. What are you going to do to win them back. I wanted to show my daughter that going to these conventions can be really fun and fantastic, but all we got last year was claustrophobia and disappointment. Shame on you!

Ticketmaster isn't running it this year, it's being run by Hub Productions. They have limited the amount of vip and platinum tickets. Don't know about the queuing lines and as for the guest starts 3/4 of them are confirmed for Adelaide and Perth but only a few have been confirmed for Melbourne (William Shatner isn't one of them as yet).

Lets hope the tickets and event for 2013 are better organised than this year!

Don't bother it was run by monkeys ! 3 hour wait for pre-paid tickets, ridiculous ! Over booked for it! Huge huge disappointment !
