PROPOSED PROGRAM
Thursday 7th
6 pm. Meet and greet for early arrivals at Burkes Hotel, Belmore Street, Yarrawonga
Friday 8th
Cruise Belmore Street between Piper Street & McNally Street roundabouts
11 a.m. Play a round of golf at Black Bull golf course, Highland Drive, Silverwoods, Yarrawonga
3.00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Registration opens. Victoria Park, Dunlop & Gilmore Sts, Yarrawonga
***Entrant must present receipt. Window sticker and arm bands will not be handed to entrants on behalf of other entrants under any circumstances.***
8.00 p.m. – 11.30 p.m. Victoria Park - Sausage sizzle and drinks provided for all Entrants. 8.00 p.m. - Entertainment provided for all entrants.
Saturday 9th
9:00 a.m. – 12 p.m. Registration opens Victoria Park.
9:00 a.m. Trade Stands open.
10:00 a.m. Victoria Park - Poker Cruise begins visiting local businesses and attractions.
12:00 p.m. Registration closes.
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Victoria Park – Go to Whoa Competition
2.00 p.m. Vintage speed boat display, ski jump display. Mulwala Ski Boat Club, Melbourne Street, Mulwala
4.00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Exclusive entrant cruising Belmore Street between Piper Street & McNally Street roundabouts.
6:00 p.m. - 8 p.m. 2 course Dinner served at Clubmulwala, Melbourne Street, Mulwala, Drinks available at bar prices.
8:00 p.m. - 12.00 a.m. Entertainment provided by Rockabilly Band, for all.
5:00 p.m. Buses start pick ups. Last bus leaves Clubmulwala at 12.30 a.m.
Sunday 10th
7:00 a.m. Super Sunday Show & Shine set up at Victoria Park.
8:00 a.m. Breakfast at Victoria Park for all entrants.
9:00 a.m. Trade Stands/Rotary Market/Helicopter rides open.
9:00 a.m. Show & Shine open to public.
10:00 a.m. Children’s entertainment provided by Balloonastic Bruce.
11:00 a.m. Rockabilly band starts up
2:00 p.m. Top 10 Presentations, Raffles, Giveaways
Raffle winners must be in attendance when drawn, if prize not claimed within 2 minutes it will be redrawn until a winner is found.
IMPORTANT NOTE/CONDITIONS TO ENTRANTS:
- Only one Goodie Bag and T Shirt per entry form
- One single individual entry per entry form (no multiple entries)
- No Entries taken after close off date.
- If T - Shirt size is not indicated on the entry form then a Large will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued for non attendance. Goodie Bags will be posted out instead, after the event is over.
- Receipts with the Entry number will be issued to every entrant.
This must be presented at registration otherwise entry may be refused. Therefore if you have not received your receipt within two weeks of sending in your entry please contact Shane.
