MISSING teenager Jesse Densley is being reunited with his family after being found alive and well in Melbourne's west.

Jesse Densley, 15, has been missing since Tuesday 8.30am when he was last seen by a friend at North Williamstown train station.

Police are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or to visit www.crimestoppers.com.au – or call 000.

His parents Jody and Michelle told reporters at the Williamstown Police Station today they were at a loss to know what to do.

‘‘We’ve been driving around, we’ve got friends going round doing things in different states. We’ve put pictures on trucks and in airports. People are looking around stations, walking around the city, walking around here and putting posters up," Ms Densley said.

But so far numerous possible sightings from Sunbury, Ocean Grove, Spotswood and Sale have come to nothing, adding to the pain for his parents.

His mother told Radio 3AW hopes of him just returning home may not happen.

“The thought of him turning up back home ... we were thinking about earlier and now we think its not going to be that quick and that simple,” she said.

The teenager is believed to have boarded a train at North Williamstown station and travelled to Cheltenham station. He left the train, boarded a return service and got off at Newport station.

Two notes have been left by the teen - one to a friend and another to his family - which read: "It's not your fault, goodbye."

Jody Densley, Jesse's father, yesterday made an emotional plea.

"We just ask Jesse just to ring, please," he said.

"Just contact us somehow, just say you're OK. That's enough."

Anyone with personal problems can call Lifeline on 131 114; Victorian Statewide Suicide Helpline on 1300 651 251; or Kids Help Line on 1800 551 800.

Jesse's mother Michelle Densley said she and her husband felt sick with worry.

She said her son had been battling depression recently, but thought it was just part of his teenage years.

The Densleys said the family has no friends or contact with anyone on the south-eastern side of Melbourne, and his disappearance was completely out of character.

Jesse is described as Caucasian, about 185cm tall and medium build with blond shoulder-length hair.

He was last seen wearing a grey Ripcurl hoodie with a blue panel on the chest.

Not sure why, but Jesse Densley is not on Crime Stoppers Missing Page?
