Deepdene Pre-school Centre

Deepdene Pre-school is a parent managed pre-school and has a dedicated team of teachers and assistants who work together with families to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for the children.

Parents play a vital role in our pre-school programmes and their involvement in the pre-school sessions is welcomed.

Our pre-school programmes are comprehensive and interesting and have been developed over many years by experienced teachers. For children and families alike, pre-school/kinder is the beginning of living as a part of the local community.

The programmes aim to equip the children with the necessary skills to be able to learn from and interact with other people. The programmes are enriched with on and off-site excursions.

Deepdene Pre-school is nestled in a quiet suburban street in Balwyn, in the City of Boroondara and is easily accessible by public transport.

The 3 year old programme has two sessions a week and the 4 year old programme has a variety of sessions. Please refer to "3 Year Olds" and "4 Year Olds" pages on our website www.deepdenepreschool.org.au for more details.

Prospective families are welcome to visit at any time. The pre-school does not conduct formal open days as the committee considers it to be more beneficial for families to be able to witness the day to day operation of the pre-school.
