Sages Cottage

Sages Cottage farm offers therapeutic programs to children who have been exposed to family violence, abuse or neglect making 'Sages' different to other children's farms.

Sages Cottage also offers Venue Hire for Weddings, Special Occasions, Company Training days, parties, and engagements.

The Farm is a 36 Acre Property with 10 acres of bushland plus wet lands, with various farm animals such as a pig, cow, sheep, rabbits and chickens. On the propery is a magnificant lake and a rose garden walk way that leads to the heritage listed property.

Sages Cottage is owned by Menzies and is a heritage listed property on the Mornington Peninsula, in Baxter.

We have a Café located on the farm which opens to the public on Friday's and Saturday's.
