Maru | Koala & Animal Park

Maru | Koala & Animal Park

Maru Koala & Animal Park has been operating for over 30 years includes an Animal Park, Pirate Pete's Mini-golf and a retail and licensed food area.

Get in touch with wildlife at Maru where you can pat and hand feed many of the animals. Pat a koala and feed the albino kangaroos, see wombats, Tasmanian devils, dingoes, talking parrots and more native animals.

We offer guided entry insde the koala enclosure at the start of every hour and Keeper Presentations on various animals at each hour between 11am - 4pm on weekends and school holidays.

Enjoy a unique 'close encounter' experience, where you can get hands on with a koala, golden possum, dingo or three meter snake.

Then set sail on an adventure at Pirate Peteís Mini-golf as you putt your way around the Pirate Ship, encounter life-size Pirate figures, the Great White Shark and brave the gold mine under the waterfall. Indulge in a meal or fresh Danish or cake in the licensed dining area, overlooking the animal park. Come and enjoy the friendly service from this family owned and operated business.
